[Photo] Newly constructed Incheon Airport terminal set to open next month

Incheon International Airport's second passenger terminal (2 terminal), which has two floors underground and five floors above ground, will open on Jan. 18 next year. The 'unmanned airport age', where passengers will be able to issue their own boarding passes using self check-in devices, and baggage tickets printed on self bag drop devices, have come to the fore. Airport officials say that the new innovations mean that the waiting time from ticket issuance to immigration inspection will be greatly reduced, and the time available for various facilities in the airport will increase.
