[Photo] Competition heating up in the marketplace for cars of the future

At the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) that is being held in Las Vegas, eco-friendly cars have featured prominently. Both electric and hydrogen vehicles were on display, with both types of vehicles expected to occupy a key place in the future automotive market. Yang Woong-chul, who serves as Vice Chairman and director of Hyundai-Kia R&D Center at the Hyundai Motor Company, said, “The co-existence of hydrogen and electric vehicles is inevitable in the competition of future eco-friendly cars.”
