The US aircraft manufacturer Boeing announced plans on Mar. 21 to establish a Research & Technology Center in Seoul. The facility will be Boeing’s seventh overseas R&T Center, in addition to five in the United States. It is expected to open later this year and will focus on technology related to autonomous flight, artificial intelligence, smart cabins, and next generation aerospace products, according to a statement issued by the company.
