[Photo] Hyundai Wia develops integrate drive axle for smoother driving experience

Hyundai Wia, the parts manufacturer under the Hyundai Motor Group, made an innovative breakthrough in the way power from a car’s engine is transferred to the wheels. The new method, called the integrated drive axle (IDA), integrates the wheel bearing and drive shaft into a single unit, and is expected to improve the overall driving experience and car performance.
