[Photo] LG hints at unveiling of new “touchless” smartphone UI at Mobile World Congress

LG Electronics has sent out “save-the-date” invitations for an event that will unveil its new “touchless” interface at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on Feb. 24. The video invitation shows a hand changing the words on a leaf of paper by swiping above it. The words “goodbye touch” suggests that the new UI will allow people to control their smartphones without actually touching them.
