The 2019 Seoul Motor Show kicked off at the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX) in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, on Mar. 28. The show features 21 car brands and 35 new models, exhibiting more than 270 cars in total. In addition to automakers, parts manufacturers, ICT firms and energy companies are also participating. Mercedes-Benz introduced its new EQC, the company’s first all-electric vehicle. Also present was Tesla, which made its first showing at the Seoul Motor Show since it entered the South Korean market, showing off its Model S, Model X and Model 3. The motor show will continue until Apr. 7.
