After several tester models of Samsung Electric’s Galaxy Fold, the company’s first foldable smartphone, were found to have defects, the phone’s official launch has been delayed. Various reviews of tester models found that the Galaxy Fold’s screen would crack at the point where it folded. The phone’s official US launch had originally been scheduled for Apr. 26. It is unclear whether the delay will extend to the Galaxy Fold’s launches in Europe and South Korea, which had been respectively scheduled for May 3
