The main opposition Grand National Party is flying high when it comes to approval ratings, despite taking hits from issues like bribery scandals in its local candidate primaries, one case of sexual assault, and one sexual scandal.

President Roh Moo Hyun, who currently wears a riot policeman's uniform, can't figure it out. An aide suggests he wear the traditional Korean combat helmet again, one that says "Defend Dokdo."
