Former president Chun Doo Hwan is officially having his medals taken away, having received some of them for putting down the democratic uprising in Gwangju, but he is refusing to turn them over. President Roh Moo Hyun is one of the police who is about to evict people in a "mass arrest" in Pyeongtaek. Chun says to Roh. "I'll hand in my medals. You should wear them."
