With regional elections at the end of the month, President Roh's confidant, former secretary for civil affairs Moon Jae-in, went to Busan and talked about how Roh's administration is one "from Busan," explaining to journalists all it has done for the city.

The sign says, "No Smoking," but Moon puffs away on a cigarette titled "regionalism" and says to himself, "Ah, that's the taste I remember...Please vote for this government from Busan."
