Kang Sam-jae has announced he’ll be running for office in by-elections scheduled for July, signaling his return to politics. His previous political experience includes being the point man for the 119 billion won (119 million USD) in illegal donations the Grand National Party used in regional elections in 1995 and general elections in 1998.
Other figures from the past are trying to make a comeback, as well.

An alarming number of women were sexually assaulted during partying after the Togo game.
