The haves and have nots

The latest Minister of Education and Human Resources Development has resigned, and President Roh Moo-hyun finds that every time he has to find a cabinet replacement, he doesn't have much of a pool to draw. He also needs to find a new Justice Minister, and the ruling Uri Party does not like the name that has been floated so far.

Uri, however, has a closet overflowing with plane tickets and golf equipment. It recently got in trouble when it was discovered some of its members had played golf while on business overseas. Their behavior is especially controversial because they were enjoying a game of golf while at the same time back in Korea, people were suffering the effects of severe flooding.
