Braving troubled waters with a new captain?

Kim Geun-tae is at the helm in stormy waters, despite torn sails, as he leads the ruling Uri Party. President Roh Moo-hyun insists that no matter what happens, he will not leave the party - but in a recent statement, he talked vaguely about bringing in a "captain from outside" the usual pool of potential candidates for leadership.
