Staying in character

China is at it again with its "Northeast Project," a state-funded academic effort to assert that the ancient Korean states Goguryeo (Koguryo) and Balhae (Palhae) were in fact Chinese.

Characters from historical dramas based on that period in history are popular on television these days. They pop out of the television and say, "There they go again..."
