China, busy with something it calls the Northeast Project, says everything all the way down the peninsula to the Han River basin was once its territory.
Then it notices the U.S.A. saying that state governments in the U.S. should be exempted from the rules of the free trade agreement being negotiated with Korea, while Korea has to open all its markets. China says, "My, aren’t we something?"
