Making claims

Through a grand academic exercise titled "Northeast Project," China is trying to claim that Mount Baekdu (known as Mount Changbai in Chinese) has always been part of China.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-il stands at the opposite side of the lake located at the summit.

U.S. president George W. Bush holds in his hand the "beginning of serious measures targeting North Korea." He looks at Kim and says, "Have ya heard of the 'North Korea Project?' "
