U.S. meat has been rejected for containing bone fragments, which could transmit a form of Mad Cow Disease to humans. The disease is spread in cattle through the process of feeding cattle ground-up beef roughage, including bone and brain matter.
"This is just mad," says the exporter. The cow, on the other hand, says, "They need to give me this stuff for cow feed."
