The authorities arrive in Seoul's pricey Gangnam district ready to work on preventing the spread of avian influenza.
They find instead that the media and people living there are actually suffering from a flu that causes them to rebel against the "comprehensive real-estate tax," a reform proposal from the government
to curb housing prices.
