Two North Korean soldiers, who had been rescued on December 9 by the South Korean navy while adrift in the East Sea off Sokcho, Gangwan Province, repatriate to the North through Panmunjeom on December 27. One of the two has recovered from his time spent lost at sea, but the other still suffers from having been seriously frostbitten and fatigued.
