[Photo] Bangtan Boys top Billboard charts

Korean boy band Bangtan Boys, commonly referred to as BTS, topped the Billboard 200 albums chart with their latest album, “Love Yourself: Tear,” on May 27. The hit boy band has become the first Korean group to rank first on Billboard’s album chart. After a stiff competition, BTS finally prevailed over Post Malone’s “beerbongs & bentleys,” which had topped the chart for three consecutive weeks. Launched on May 18 through BitHit Entertainment, the album sold 135,000 units as of May 24, 100,000 of those units being traditional album sales.
