President Moon Jae-in is enjoying warm hospitality from his host, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohammed bin Zahid Al Nahyan during his visit to the UAE. Following the opening ceremony for the first of four reactors at the Barakah nuclear plant on Mar. 26, the two men visited the prince’s palace and met with his family, including his three daughters and grandchildren. “In Arab countries, it’s not a common custom to meet with someone’s close family members, and so this was a very extraordinary gesture,” said Blue House spokesperson Kim Eui-kyum. The president also had the chance to experience falconry at a desert about 170 km into the interior of the country. (Yonhap News)
