[Photo] Moon unable to attend ASEM group photo shoot

South Korean President Moon Jae-in failed to attend to the group photo shoot of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) on Oct. 19. After his bilateral summit with UK Prime Minister Theresa May, Moon had to prepare for his scheduled speech at the ASEM luncheon and Retreat Session, causing him to miss the shoot. The above photo shows the ASEM heads of state who were able to attend the photo shoot. After hearing that the photo shoot was being held at 1:30 pm that afternoon, he tried to take the elevator to the lobby floor, where the shoot was being held, but the elevator wasn’t working properly, causing his delay. Moon was told upon arrival that the shoot had already concluded.
