South Korean first lady Kim Jung-sook visited Key Elementary School in Washington, DC, on Apr. 11 to partake in a class on traditional Korean paintings and K-pop. When asked by one of the students about her favorite band, the first lady replied it was BTS, adding that she met last year. The classes are part of the school’s Korean culture program.
