On June 1, the citizens of Budapest, Hungary, held a vigil for the victims of the sinking of a South Korean sightseeing boat, which sank in the Danube River on May 29 after a collision with another boat. Many people even used Hungarian-Korean dictionaries and translators to write notes of support for the Korean victims. A search and rescue mission to recover the ship’s hull and the victims’ remains is set to begin on June 3.
