[Photo] S. Korean man arrested on suspicions of attempting to joint ISIS

A South Korean man in his 20s who served as an explosives specialist during his military service has been detained by authorities on suspicions attempting to join the terrorist organization ISIS. The man is also suspected of planning a terrorist attack in South Korea. A joint police-military task force team detained the man on charges of trying to steal military grade explosives and a detonation device.
