The 2019 Pyeongchang International Peace Film Festival (PIPFF) is set to kick off on Aug. 16 for five days. The festival will focus on themes related to inter-Korean issues and reconciliation. Subjects covered by the films include North Korea’s past and present and its human rights issues as well as the Korean Peninsula’s division.
