After witnessing the death of their colleague in an industrial accident, migrant workers in South Korea have received permission to change places of employment after receiving psychological treatment for trauma. This is the first instance of migrant workers being allowed to change workplaces due to trauma. After witnessing a Nepalese-born worker suffer a fatal accident involving a forklift in a concrete facility in Damyang County, South Jeolla Province, on Aug. 3 three migrant workers finished their third session of trauma therapy on Aug. 6.
