South Korean police have restricted Dorj Odbayar, head of the Mongolian constitutional court, from leaving South Korea. On charges of sexual harassment and intimidation, Odbayar was arrested on Nov. 6 after being accused of groping a Korean Air flight attendant on an Oct. 31 flight from Ulaanbaatar to Incheon. He was released the following day on bail. Police have forbidden him from leaving the country, however, as they may need to hold additional questioning.
