[Photo] Construction workers demonstrate throughout Seoul

Korean Confederation of Trade Unions and Korean Federation of Construction Industry Trade Unions Chief Vice Chairman Lee Young-cheol (left) and Gwangju South Jeolla Province District Chairman Jung Yang-ok unfurl a banner reading, “Win Standard Workers’ Rights!” on a 30 meter billboard in the Yeongdeongpo District of Seoul on Nov. 11. The demonstration was part of a workers’ campaign that took place all over the capital during the weekend, and which organizers estimated involved 50,000 people.
