[Photo] Nine teachers who died in Sewol ferry disaster laid to rest at National Cemetery

Nine teachers from Danwon High School who died in the Sewol ferry disaster were buried at the Daejeon National Cemetery on the afternoon of Jan. 16. The nine teachers were Yang Seung-jin, Park Yoon-keun, Yu Ni-na, Jeon Su-young, Kim Cho-weon, Lee Hae-bong, Lee Ji-hye, Kim Eung-hyun, and Choi Hye-jeong. Kim Cho-weon and Lee Ji-hye were intern teachers at the high school who were posthumously recognized as regular teachers by the Moon Jae-in administration, after the Park Geun-hye government had refused this designation.
