[Photo] Spring snow flurries hit Korean Peninsula

A cold spell that occurs after the official start of spring is referred to on the Korean Peninsula as, “winter’s jealousy of blooming flowers.” After a period of relatively warm weather, winter briefly returned with snow flurries across the country on Mar. 22.
