[Photo] Ministry of Gender Equality and Family official crashes into US Embassy

An official for South Korea’s Ministry of Gender Equality and Family surnamed Yoon crashed into the front gate of the US Embassy on the morning June 7, injuring both herself and her passenger. Some reports indicate that Yoon declared upon exiting the vehicle, “I have ties with North Korea and would like to seek asylum in the US!” However, Yoon’s motives for crashing her car into the embassy as yet remain unclear.
