[Photo] KT unveils its new “AI hotel service”

The South Korean telecommunications giant KT has recently launched a new hotel service that features AI technology. Rooms feature the company’s voice-recognition device, the Giga Genie, through which they can control the lighting, temperature and entertainment. KT is also offering international travelers a Genie Phone, which they can acquire at the hotel or Incheon International Airport. The phone will allow guests to make domestic and international phone calls and access tourism information.
