[Photo] Self-driving car operates on public road for first time in Korea

A self-driving car with 11-person capacity drove along a public road in the 2nd Pangyo Techno Valley, a hub for domestic startups, in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, on Sept. 4. The car, dubbed “Zero Shuttle,” was developed by the Advanced Institute of Convergence Technology, and drove along at 25km per hour during the test drive. The test drives will continue until the end of next year from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 to 4 pm.
