Seoul’s “2018 No Car Week,” an environmental campaign that encourages residents to walk, bike, and utilize public transportation instead of driving private vehicles, will take place on Sept. 10-16 throughout the city. In preparation for the campaign, officials from Seoul City Hall can be seen the above photo erecting promotional artwork. On Sept. 12, many public institutes in Seoul will shut down several of its parking lots in an effort to improve the city’s air quality. (Yonhap News)
