[Photo] Yoosung Enterprise workers get Supreme Court ruling 7 years after wrongful dismissal

The Supreme Court of Korea ruled on Oct. 4 that workers from Yoosung Enterprise were wrongfully dismissed. The ruling came seven years after their unjust dismissal from the firm in 2011. A subcontractor for Hyundai Motor, Yoosung Enterprise has employed the services of Creative Consulting, a firm notorious for its union-busting strategies, with whom they had a contract of 14 billion won (US$12.4 billion).
