[Photo] Free breakfast for eight apartments in Gwangju’s Gwangsan District

In collaboration with a social enterprise called Working Mom, the Gwangsan District Office in the southwestern city of Gwangju has launched a campaign to provide complimentary breakfast for eight apartment complexes in the district. The campaign began on Oct. 25 in the city’s Ssangam neighborhood, where over 100 residents took advantage of a breakfast buffet of home cooked delights. The campaign marks the first experiment by a local government providing breakfast to residents. The campaign was launched in the spirit of helping working couples eat a healthy breakfast in spite of their busy schedules. (provided by the Gwangsan District office)
