South Korean President Moon Jae-in posted a photo on social media of him with Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison on Nov. 18. The photo shows Moon and Morrison during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, holding up their index fingers.
