[Photo] All children under age 6 eligible for children’s stipend

Starting this year, all South Korean children under the age of six are eligible for a children’s stipend. The Ministry of Health and Welfare has announced that all children can apply for the stipend starting in mid-January. Although some children have been deemed ineligible for the stipend based on wealth and assets, a revision to the law deems that all children will be eligible starting this year.
