Seoul’s air quality on Jan. 14 fell in the range of “unhealthy” to “very unhealthy” as the city was blanketed with a fog-like cover of smog and microparticles. Additionally, low humidity levels coupled with relatively warmer temperatures have put authorities on alert for an increased risk of forest fires. The photo shows Seoul on Jan. 13 as seen from Mt.
