Upon returning from a tour of Northern Europe, South Korean President Moon Jae-in and first lady Kim Jung-sook visited the former residence of the late Lee Hee-ho, chair of the Kim Dae-jung Peace Center and former first lady, in Seoul’s Donggyo neighborhood. “The history of the Korean Peninsula peace process began with President Kim Dae-jung, and Lee Hee-ho was a part of that,” Moon said. “I’ll see to it that her life’s work was not done in vain,” he added.
