An exhibit of three special taegeukgi (Republic of Korea flags) is being held in Seoul’s Yeouido District. The three flags are relics of the Korean independence movement during Japan’s colonial occupation, wielded by independence fighters and by people in the Korean Provisional Government. The exhibit also features other historical documents related to the independence movement. (Shin So-young, staff photographer)
