A public school for children with learning disabilities is reopening in Seoul for the first time in 17 years. The Seoul Narae School, located in the city’s Yeomgok neighborhood, in Seocho District, currently has 66 enrolled students. Cho Hee-yeon, superintendent of the Seoul Metropolitan Education Office, is seen on Sept. 2, the first day of this semester, welcoming students to the school.
