[Photo] South Korean K-pop singer Seohyun joins Samjiyon’s musical performance

The South Korean singer Seohyun of the popular K-pop group Girl’s Generation joined members of the Samjiyon Orchestra for a song about peace and unification during the group’s performance at the National Theatre in Seoul on Feb. 11. Seohyun appeared during the show’s grand finale for a rendition of “Let’s Meet Again” and “Our Wish is Unification,” and then hugged the other singers as the audience gave a standing ovation. The emotional performance brought tears to Kim Yong-nam, the president of the Presidium of the North Korean Supreme People's Assembly, who was visiting South Korea as part of a high-level official delegation.
