[Photo] Christiane Amanpour to broadcast live from Seoul during inter-Korean summit

CNN’s Christiane Amanpour will conduct a special live broadcast from the National Museum of Korean Contemporary History in the run-up to the historic inter-Korean summit on Apr. 27. Amanpour, who has been the network’s Chief International Correspondent since the 1990s, will be broadcasting on Apr. 26 and Apr. 27 from the rooftop of the museum. The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism made the announcement on Apr. 24, adding that the network made the request last month and selected the site because it offers views of famous landmarks in Seoul, including the Blue House, Gyeongbok Palace, and Bugak Mountain.
