[Photo] North Korean embassy in Singapore shares floor with South Korean language school

The North Korean embassy in Singapore is located on the 15th floor of a building on North Bridge Road. Curiously enough, a Korean language school is on the same floor. The school is run by a person who simply wanted to be identified as “Choi.” The school opened in 2015, and currently teaches around 100 students in two classrooms. According to Choi, although official records state that the North Korean embassy opened in 2016, it actually opened in the beginning of the following year. “I always knew the day would come when a Korean reporter would call with questions,” Choi said.
