A South Korean government-citizen delegation is set to visit Pyongyang from Oct. 4 to 6 to celebrate the 11th anniversary of the 2007 Oct. 4 Declaration, an agreement signed by then South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun and then North Korean leader Kim Jong-il during their inter-Korean summit. The delegation of around 150 people will be co-headed by Lee Hae-chan, leader of the Democratic Party, and Minister of Unification Cho Myoung-gyon.
