[Photo] Unified Korean swim team wins first medal at Para Asian Games

The first unified Korean swim team won a bronze medal in the 400m event at the Para Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia, on Oct. 8. The team comprised two athletes each from South and North Korea, but the South Korean athletes were the ones to compete in the final race. The team was originally awarded the silver medal due to Japan’s disqualification, but Japan’s objection led to the medal being switched to bronze. (photo pool)
