[Photo] South and North Korea reveal demolition process of GPs in DMZ

According to the inter-Korean military agreement made on Sept. 19, South and North Korea are currently implementing a probationary withdrawal and demolition of 11 guard posts GPs in the Joint Security Area (JSA) of the DMZ. On Nov. 15, images of the demolition were made available to the public. The photo on the left shows a GP being demolished on Nov. 15. the one the right shows North Korean soldiers removing military equipment from a GP in October. The other photos show before and after images of the GPs as well as the overall withdrawal and demolition process. (provided by the Ministry of National Defense)
