In its publication on key figures in the North Korean regime for 2019, the Ministry of Unification identifies the proper year of birth, 1988, and title for Vice Director of the Propaganda and Agitation Department of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) Kim Yo-jong, younger sister of leader Kim Jong-un. The publication for 2018 simply guessed her year of birth and title, suggesting an increase of information exchange amid improving inter-Korean relations.
